Counselling provides a safe space to talk to someone without fear of judgement. I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help you overcome the difficulties you are experiencing. Counselling is a collaborative process and I will never offer advice.

 

As a BACP Integrative counsellor, I combine psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural approaches. This means we can work together in the way that best suits you. It is my firm belief, that with the right help and support you can make the changes in your life that you would like to see.

Counselling is usually a 50-minute session that takes place at a regular time once a week. If you are still deciding whether counselling is right for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

This will give us time to talk through what you are struggling with and decide if we both want to work together.
